– Procurement and inauguration of 14 patrol gunboats to protect the state’s waterways.

– Establishment of a joint task force approach, led by the Nigerian Navy, to tackle maritime crime.

– Collaboration with Naval Shipyard Limited to construct a state-of-the-art passenger ferry boat to unlock tourism potential.

– Integration of stakeholders with maritime expertise into the Ibom Community Watch program for community involvement in maintaining waterways security.
