Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in Akwa Ibom State, Hon. Frank Archibong, says the Ethical and Attitudinal Reorientation Commission, EARCOM, should be the major marketer of Governor Umo Eno’s ARISE Agenda.
