A civil society organisation, National Transparency Watch, has accused the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) of lacking transparency in its recent export of petroleum products from the Port Harcourt Refinery to a Dubai-based company, Gulf Transport & Trading Limited (GTT). The group expressed worry that NNPCL has not provided adequate information about the export, despite admitting to it 72 hours prior. A Federal Capital Territory High Court, on Tuesday, rejected the bail application of former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, citing procedural irregularities in the filing of the application.
