In a proactive move aimed at enhancing the proficiency of recently employed personnel within his ministry, Comrade Ini Ememobong, the Commissioner for Information, orchestrated a comprehensive two-day in-house training session for the newly recruited staff of the Ministry.

The training program accommodated staff members spanning various cadres, encompassing Information, Administration, and Account, who were privileged to receive extensive guidance from seasoned Directors within the Ministry. This instructive platform addressed multifaceted facets of the civil service domain, encompassing accounting procedures, civil service statutes, and regulations, and government information management, among other critical areas.
Speaking at the training event, Commissioner Comrade Ini Ememobong underscored the paramount importance of this initiative. He affirmed that the training holds significant relevance in ensuring that newly recruited staff are well-informed about their roles as ambassadors of the government. This, particularly in terms of carrying out their daily responsibilities and effectively disseminating the ARISE Agenda, a core tenet of Governor Umo Eno’s administration.
