In line with his avowed commitment to progress, prosperity, and human capital development, the Member representing Eket/ONNA/Esit-Eket/Ibeno Federal Constituency, Hon. Okpolupm Etteh, between January and April 2025, has successfully facilitated the appointments of four of his constituents into the Federal Civil Service.

The newly appointed beneficiaries include Mfon Udo Ekwere from ONNA, who secured a position as Nursing Officer II at the University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH); Evelyn Samuel Ukwat from Eket, appointed as Assistant Lecturer at the newly established Federal College of Education, Ididep; Dr. Ediomo-Abasi Bassey Inyang from Esit-Eket, who joined UUTH as a Locum Resident Doctor; and Jane George Ibok from Ibeno, also appointed as Nursing Officer II at UUTH.

According to Obong Kingsley Mbre, his Campaign Director General, the development highlights the federal lawmaker’s commitment to human capital development and his consistent efforts in securing employment opportunities for youths across his constituency.

Obong Mbre made this known recently during an interaction with newsmen in Eket where he reeled out Hon. Etteh’s scorecard.
